Integrated Massage Therapy

Integrated Massage Therapy can combine deep tissue modalities, neuromuscular massage, cupping, and various types of fascia work to address pain and improve mobility. Each practitioner has their own specialized training and skills, allowing them to tailor the therapy to meet each client’s individual goals.

I started my bodywork journey in 2020 by getting my 200-Hour Yoga Teacher certification. I am currently continuing my education by working toward my Corrective Exercise Specialist certification. Hi! I’m Brittany Box, licensed massage therapist and founder of Northland Therapeutic Massage.

My mission is simply to help people feel great in their bodies. Many people experience daily pain or stress that they need help managing. I understand as I’ve had my own fair share of those conditions. As a child, I suffered from frequent migraines as well as chronic hip pain. In addition, depression and anxiety were a constant battle for me for many years. I found relief through bodywork coupled with a healthy lifestyle. I love to help people find solutions to their pain. There is no one size fits all when it comes to massage which is why I tailor each session based on my assessment of each client and their particular needs.

It’s the best feeling to be able to celebrate with someone who is experiencing free movement in a joint that was previously restricted, or relief pain they thought was going to be permanent. It’s also exciting to witness someone who can enjoy their life again because they are able to manage and release their stress from their high demanding job.

I’m the wife of a firefighter who is also a veteran. And I’m a mom to two fantastic kids. My husband and I homeschool our kids and it has been the most amazing adventure for all of us. When I’m not working with clients, I am spending time with my family, watching movies together and spending time outside. I absolutely love my time with them, and nothing is more important to me than my family.
